For the past 20+ years, Jim has been involved in residential construction. Jim is an on-site contractor, overseeing every aspect of construction on a daily basis. Using the same subcontractors for many years (some as many as 15 years), provides a consistent quality of construction that you will find in each and every Soucy built home. 

When asked what he finds most rewarding about building, Jim says… "My greatest joy is when I run into a former customer and they tell me how much they still LOVE their home. Or when a new customer calls and has been referred by a previous customer."
